Terms and Conditions
- Items are the posted same day Monday to Friday if bought before 1pm
- No returns on eyelashes unless received damaged, which is highly unlikely as all of our products are meticulously checked before being dispatched to ensure customer satisfaction
- Refunds cannot be made on eyelashes that are worn
- Refunds cannot be made on eyelashes that have been taken off the plastic base they are on, or handled in any way due to hygiene reasons
- If we are unable to accept your order. Due to items being out of stock, or unexpected occurrences, we will email and refund you.
- The images of the lashes on our website and the lashes you receive are not guaranteed to be 100% the same. There may be a slight difference on each lash due to them being handmade, however these will not be huge differences.
- Incomplete Orders: Our orders are checked for content more than once and it is highly unlikely that your order will be wrong or incomplete. If we suspect a fraudulent claim this will not be fulfilled at our discretion.
- If you put the wrong address at checkout we will not be responsible for refunds or replacement
- Items to destinations other than the United Kingdom generally take 7-14 working days but can take up to 30 working days. Please note weekends are not classed as working days
